Does the debian server crash periodically with a general protection fault?

Hello. There is a server on Debian 2.6.32.
This server periodically freezes, while leaving nothing in the logs.
Raised the netconsole, saw the last breath of the server - general protection fault and call trace, while the number of the CPU and the process (one of the three described below) varies.
There is essentially nothing on the server except a daemon written in java that listens to commands via tcp and runs a .sh script, this script, in turn, creates / deletes named pipes and starts it with the necessary parameters or stops hlds (half-life dedicated server).
All this is launched from under a normal user.
I checked the memory, though only partially with memtester without rebooting (today, probably, I will have to take KVM and check it completely, but this is fraught with a complete stop of the service for an hour or two).
What could be the reason? Where to dig? Check what?
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Check all hardware. Problems can be not only in ordinary memory, but also, for example, in a raid controller. memtest by the way does not always reveal problems.
