Deal with ransomware virus (VAULT)?
A letter from suppliers with a zip archive came to the mail, nothing foreshadowed trouble, but the user opened this letter.
After that, all doc, png.jpg, pdf files were encrypted in VAULT format.
What I did: I
checked with antiviruses.
Program decoders from kaspersky t from dr.web.
The files were found, but he could not decrypt them, only deletion.
Then I got into the registry and found VAULT deleted it. There was an opportunity to erase permission VAULT.
But the files are broken. I climbed through the expanses of the net, somehow I found the info. but the decryption takes a long time and for 1 file, and there are thousands of them, the fact that this option is not an option)
Maybe someone had such a problem? Who fought with him?

This is GPG, respectively "Climbed through the expanses of the net, somehow found some info. But the decryption takes a long time and for 1 file" - does not happen. Google RSA for a rough understanding of the problem.
1) Colleagues had a problem, here are screenshots of the ransomware virus
2) There are no options other than how to pay the dough
3) The presence of backups COMPLETELY solves the problem
In general, in nature, I have only seen a couple of normal working methods, for example, a mail filter that "converts" PDF files (which usually with virya) well, or just don't install Adobe Reader
