DBus not working?

Good day!
Yesterday I installed the X Window System and GNOME on a machine with CentOS 6.2 64bit, they were needed for one Java application. When executing the xstart command (from root or any other), there are quite a few errors, but the worst, probably, is that the /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket file does not exist. Yum says that the latest version is installed, but there is no word about it in service , /etc/init.d , /etc/rc.d . The joke is that I connect via VNC normally and there is a gnome. How to fix it?

Try to run

Xorg --configure

And post the result
