Dbca.rsp who faced installation through the response file?

The crux of the matter is as follows. you can create and configure databases in oracle through the response file.
There is a template where parameters are registered. Among them, I did not find some of the parameters that are critical for our databases.
for example, where to set NLS_TERRITORY or memory block size, etc.
The question is, who faced? is there any manual that lists all the possible options?
