A strange situation, there is a machine under Oracle Linux 7.4, storage is connected to it, GRID is installed, DATABASE is installed, I create a cluster database on ASM, I specify RUSSIAN, RUSSIA, etc. in nls parameters everywhere. But the base is created anyway by default with the parameters AMERICA AMERICAN, tell me who has come across this?

I myself will answer the question, maybe it will come in handy for someone who will also blunt :) I created the database from a preinstalled template, despite the fact that you set the parameters during installation, the installer does not pay attention to them, at least to the NLS parameters.
I decided this way: I created a custom template in the installer, set the necessary parameters and created a base from this template.
