Data from the c\users folder can be lost with a Windows error?

I have a very strange situation. There was an auto-update of drivers through the solution driverpack and either the laptop was cut down or rebooted, but Windows stopped starting. Automatic recovery didn't help. The service copied data from ssd, but the c \ users folder is empty and scanning through dmde and r studio does not give anything.

There were very important files ((( is this the end?
