Cyanogenmod 11 - how to reset files to restricted user?

I put the last nightie cm11. Created a restricted user. How can I transfer data to him? When connected to a computer, the folder is displayed as empty. In general, I heard that a limited profile does not have access to the file system, but then how can I reset the data to it?
