Custom informer about used traffic?

Hello Khabrovites!
I am looking for a software or an alternative solution for the problem: the organization has a certain traffic quota per user, and so that users do not exceed it in vain, they need to be informed about what has already been spent. I see this in the form of a small informer window (like Download Master, for example), which will show incoming traffic for the current month.
I am looking for utilities for this, but they are all kind of cumbersome. I don't need a lot of settings, ideally it's all silent (silent mode) to install for all users of the domain, so that in the morning they already see how much traffic is consumed.
