Custom fields in opencart2?

There is a one page checkout module and there you can add custom fields that are created in the admin panel.
I have created a packing field and there you have to select the option radio button. In the ordering process, everything is displayed and selected, but in the admin panel, on the order page, in the additional tab. only examples that I propsal are displayed, but what the person has chosen is not transmitted. what am I doing wrong?
