CSS not saving, how to remove protection?

I change styles, upload via FTP (replacement), but the styles, weight and contents of the file do not change ... the cache has nothing to do with it.
The css itself is aydadom.ru/catalog/view/javascript/xtensions/style...
If I change the path to css to my file, I get an error here

If only this file does not save, delete it from the server through the hosting panel, upload it again.
If it doesn't save everything, check if all the allocated space is taken.

Look at the FTP log, check the write permissions.
