Custom CSS

In the Internet Explorer panel there is a menu item View->Style.
There are now two items, No and Standard. Standard - styles that were received from the site. None - Turns off all styles.
The question is can I use my own CSS as a styling tool and how to do it?

Can. In Tools->Internet Options->Accessibility check the box Format Documents using my Style Sheet. In the Style Sheet text field, enter the path to css. Well, turn off the checkboxes regarding colors and fonts in the same place.
