Custom CMS - where do you remove the section with editing information on the main page, about the company ...?

Hello everyone
I can’t figure out where to put the block that I called “description on the main pages” which includes:
- main page
- about the company
- contacts
- portfolio
- goods
- services
- promotions
- documents
In this section, only information on these pages is edited, it is written them SEO settings, pictures are inserted and everything else

, and the page itself turns into a whole canvas

Where do you put this description? How do you arrange?
