Cursor showing comic book/comic book logo/hero logo, what about rights?

Is it possible to use a cursor on the client's site that displays the superman / batman icon, icons of famous brands and stuff like that. Doesn't this violate copyright?

It breaks, of course. Well-known brands, and even more so Hollywood - everything from top to bottom in copyrights. But if your site has three and a half users, there is simply nothing to take from you and therefore they can score. But if you suddenly have something to take, they will take it :)
