Good afternoon, colleagues.
Tell me the current payment gateways for accepting payments today with the following conditions:
1. Acceptance of "plastic" from the population, about 60% from Russia and ex-CIS, the rest is abroad;
2. Ability to accept payments in foreign currency (euro, dollars);
3. Withdrawal to "plastic" in euros/dollars;
4. Possibility to regulate on whom to shift the commission of the gateway, on the client or the merchant;
5. And, of course, as little commission as possible for all deposits / withdrawals;
I understand that with points 2 and 3, the options "rubles and no options" are possible, so everything that is relevant today is interesting in general. Who uses what? Thank you.
