ctrl+f not working on usb keyboard of Asus laptop on Win10?

Hello. I bought a new USB keyboard for my laptop and found that the search window does not open by pressing ctrl + f throughout the system. It works on the laptop keyboard, on the old keyboard too. Separately, the buttons work, ctrl+c, ctrl+v etc also work... It's very strange, I can't even think of a reason. (After connecting the keyboard, I noticed that when Windows started, a blinking cursor appeared, which blinks until you press any key). Are there any solutions?
