CSSTidy Sublime Text 2, does anyone use it?

I can't figure out how to apply it.

I select the desired code, through the command pallete I select the desired Tidy mode and zero emotions.
Need some tweaking?

I don't, but have you looked at the console output (on Windows, ctrl+`)? According to github.com/fitnr/SublimeCSSTidy/blob/master/csstidy.py , either PHP or csstidy.exe is needed if Windows is running.
