csscomb not working in phpstorm/pycharm?

I reinstalled the system on Mint 18.1, installed node.js, installed csscomb globally, registered it in External Tools.

It seems that everything was done as before, but when csscomb is launched as an external tool, nothing happens, the run window with the command just pops up and that's it.

Although if csscomb is run simply from the terminal, then everything works. Has anyone had a similar problem, can you tell me how to fix it?
