Crossfire rx470+560. Not good for games?

Dx12 + pci v3 + 4k
This is a promising bunch, isn't it?
Are shaders 5/6 critical for games?
Or take nv 1650 with new
shaders fresh?
Or wait for new products in 2020 and buy in the same month? Then they definitely won’t have time to mine?
I just hope that because crossfire is not so demanding on models and rx 470 + 560 of low power, then on old mp they will also pull an old one and cool it easier?
Not to mention that the price of the red pleases. But on them the probability of mining is 99%? And the nv 1650 has a lower probability of wear, right?
