Cross-posting service from twitter?

The once-faithful ifttt.com service announced about six months ago that twitter announced that microblogging executives announced that the 'cross-posting' paradigm had changed.
But I'm a programmer: I can't have something that can be automated be non-automated. I also don't have much time (and I'm terribly lazy) to crosspost myself.
Therefore, I am addressing the expected question: does anyone know a service that will help spread thoughts from a microblog, whose name I will not repeat, to the social spaces of the Internet? Perhaps a service that makes RSS feeds from a twitter feed?

With rss on twitter, user oe24 made it clear (thank you for that). And what about cross-posting services?
