What technology to choose to make a cross-platform mobile application with access to SMS and chats such as viber and telegram that are installed on the phone?
Access means the ability to read and respond to SMS or messages from viber or telegram. Messengers and SMS list of the phone should mark messages as read if they were read in the application. The priority is the stability and productivity of the application. Thank you.

"Cross-platform" will not work. Because on the iPhone, third-party applications do not have access to SMS.
