I want to learn mobile development. Where to start?

I'm interested in Dart/Flutter. Can you start with them? Or learn Java first, then start making applications, and only then start learning Dart and Flutter. I'm interested in cross-platform development, but I don't have a Macbook to test the ios application. What do you think, first make an application in Java, then save money for a Macbook and learn Dart/Flutter. Or immediately start doing on Dart.
