Hello, friends.

I am looking for an analogue (js-script or plugin for a js-framework) to implement an analogue of Artemy Lebedev's "business lynch" or projects picbite.com and lynchelka.ru

Requirements
1) The script must work in IE>=6, FF>=2, Safari , Opera, Chrome.
2) Flexible customization of the appearance of tooltips and other interface elements

I really hope for your help. Anyone who will give a link to a really working analogue under the requirements will throw off $ 10 for a chocolate bar :)
