Cron does not work in ispmanager. How to setup?

I want to set up a database backup using Sypex dumper. Without planning, it works (screenshot).
I'm trying to set up cron in IspManager - it doesn't work.
The cron line looks like this:

php /var/www/user/data/www/site.ru/sxd/index.php -h=localhost -u=username-p=pass -j=crn

Where am I wrong?
Upd. message arrives in the mail:

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE (/var/www/user/data/www/site.ru/sxd/index.php:52)Auth error

Do you have backups in ISPManager?
