Cron as a service?

There is a script. It would be desirable to start it according to the schedule. It would seem to raise a server in the cloud and register there. But the server may crash. Need a backup. Plus, either monitoring or distributed lock. In general, something to fence for failover. Plz advise a service where you can simply upload the program, specify the schedule and forget about it.
