Why doesn't Wi-Fi work on Linux Mint?

Installed Linux Mint. I use it, everything is fine and fine, except for one thing: wifi does not work. In the network settings, only a wired connection and a proxy. Iwconfig issues

no wireless extensions
. I tried some of the methods described on other forums - it does not help, so I decided to ask a question.
Thank you in advance.

Proprietary drivers, there for Wi-Fi you need to enable it. It was like this with lenovo from a friend
