Tell me if there is a CRM where applications are distributed either automatically or by the administrator between managers. At the same time, managers should not see applications that are not addressed to them. What ready-made solutions exist?

The distribution of applications is a loose concept. In fact, these are Leads - a certain set of data with a request for services and goods.
By phone, Leads are usually distributed by a dedicated employee, and if there is none, a lottery with the distribution of calls with unknown numbers.
The restriction on viewing Leads, Clients, Contacts, Deals is configured in the Access Rights, for example: the head of the sales department - sees everything, the administrator - has access to editing, deleting duplicates, etc., managers - access to viewing and editing only their own information.
It is also necessary to disable the export of Leads, Clients, Contacts, Deals, etc., so that employees cannot leak information.
