Can I use the database licensed under creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/ to develop an online store?

no, no, you are confusing, creative commons has nothing to do with products, i.e. it refers to the works of authors, texts, pictures, etc.
mongodb is distributed under agpl
