Creating your own e-library from web links?

Good afternoon! There was a question of the following nature: is there a tool for automated saving of web pages - in one click and keeping records / catalog? Do you need something like a Pocket service - just to save the whole web page locally and not just the links?

I don’t know if it’s on the topic, but
Google Chrome has saving (experimental options) as mhtml. It will come out in 2 clicks. Well, the current page.
There is such a program as Offline Explorer.
It saves the entire site locally. For example, you need to download and view all articles from one site.
And there are 100 of them. We launch the program - specify the settings (nesting level, content) and it downloads the entire site.
