Creating a uniform, non-flickering backlight?

A negotoscope is needed with a size of 1x1.5m to view images without flicker, because pictures need to be photographed because of the flicker, normal pictures are not obtained, so the task is to create a uniform backlight. There is an idea to create on diodes, what are your ideas about this?

Use a tripod and a slower shutter speed, then the flicker will not affect the result.

power supply [ AC ~ ] -> diode bridge [pro modulated] -> series of smoothing capacitors [DC voltage] -> linear regulator -> LEDs.
Under this scheme, there will be no flickering.
if it’s bad with circuitry, then buy a ready-made switching power supply and an LED line, if the block is Chinese, then it is advisable to put conders on the output ...
