Creating a subdomain in ISP Manager?

There is a task to make site.ru/cat lead to cat.site.ru.
ISP Manager has an "auto-subdomains as www directory" feature, but it doesn't seem to work properly, because Turning it on doesn't change anything.
Can you tell me how such a scheme is implemented?

create as a normal site only with the name cat.site.ru, it will not work immediately. maybe 1-2 hours, if you need to debug it, you can register it in hosts -> ip cat.site.ru
