How to open vnc console in isp manager via squid?

Recently set up squid. I noticed that there is no access to the ISP panel.
Added port 1500 to acl SSL_ports which is allowed CONNECT method.
It let me into the panel.
However, when I try to connect to the virtual server console, I get the error Server disconnected (code: 1006)
The browser line still has port 1500.
In the squid TCP_DENIED/403 3466 CONNECT logs msk-vm.ispsystem.net:16095 - HIER_NONE/- text/ html
:16095 - this port is always different.
In my configuration, the range 1025-65535 is added to acl Safe_ports, which is allowed access but not the CONNECT method.
How to be? How can I manage vds via squid via vnc console?
