Creating a laser guidance system?

How realistic is it to create a small laser-guided missile? Let's assume that the engines are rgd, the simplest camera is built into the guidance head, which will fix the laser spot, and direct the rocket along it.

In Russia, the construction of guided model missiles is prohibited.
And if in the order of reflection - then where will you send the beam, and where? From the earth to the sky - there is nothing for him to reflect from. From heaven to earth - well, it's still necessary to climb there in order to shine. Sit on the plane and highlight the target? It's stupid somehow, it's better to directly control the rocket itself. I really don't really understand your idea.
In principle, television homing heads have been invented for a very long time and are successfully produced in Russia: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%93%D0%BE%D0%BB%D...
What is "rgd" -engine? Did you mean LRE or TTRD?

Create real.
It is enough for you to study electrical engineering, electronics, learn how to solder, and also know TAU (automatic control theory).
