Creating a bootable windows 10 flash drive from under Elementary OS?

I have Elementary OS Loki. How can I create a bootable USB flash drive with Windows 10? I tried WinUSB, the flash drive registered, but it did not become bootable.

if it doesn't work, use unetbootin. the only thing there is a small oddity, it does not see the ntfs flash drive, but it is she who is needed.
do this:
1) format the flash drive in fat32
2) run unetbootin, set everything there
3) format it in ntfs without closing the program and start recording
