Mouse cursor control driver with keyboard?

Hello everyone, I'm interested in writing a mouse cursor control driver using the keyboard, namely, what should be the structure of this driver, it should consist of an event driver that reads the keyboard scan code and generates an event for the mouse, in turn, the mouse driver reads code and places the cursor at the appropriate position. More or less like this? Or what's right?
