Creating 3D shapes for augmented reality?

What hardware solutions and software exist that will allow you to do the following:
1. Putting on virtual reality glasses, you can see three-dimensional figures (static or moving) at certain places in space (within the apartment).
2. After contact with the figures, they somehow react.
What glasses? What software? How difficult is the process of creating custom 3D shapes and integrating them? What about "ODG R8" and "ODG R9" ?

Glasses can be cut out of cardboard and inserted into a smartphone. True, it is better to buy (you can use the same cardboard box), because. there will be lenses for better viewing.
For programs, see the Microsoft Virtual Academy course on Channel 9.
update:
I wrote about virtual reality, not augmented reality. But in the course it is also mentioned.

1. Any, except for sdk working on targets like fuvoria.
2. Depends on the type of contact. The most difficult thing is to track the approach to the ar object, the easiest way to do this is to use high-end devices, such as hololens, tango backgrounds, etc.
