CPU for programming, should I take ryzen 5 3600 instead of ryzen 5 3400g?

Greetings! I need help with choosing a processor for programming (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP), I myself am just starting to learn all this. The choice is between AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and AMD Ryzen 5 3400g, I know that the first one is better, but do I need such performance? It’s just that the second option has a price less than 5000 rubles, 4 cores, 8 threads, 4 MB L3 cache, and the built-in video card is not bad (above gt 1030), and this is like a bonus, but I’m not going to play games, so there’s not much point in this bonus (although maybe if photoshop and blender try).

And the first option has 8 cores and 12 threads, 32MB L3 cache, but without an integrated video card.

And is it worth taking an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and just buying some kind of video card plug? Or will its power be superfluous for my tasks?

PS
1) don’t look at the prices in stores, in my city the price difference is 5000 rubles
2) I’m only going to program on a PC (I can still try photoshop with a blender, but the main task is programming), I already have a PlayStation 4 for games

With your stack, it doesn't matter at all, if that. For coding, RAM and SSD are more important. Well, a comfortable place, a monitor and all that.
