Courses from Innopolis and Synergy IT Academy?

Hello. At the moment, I'm reading Schildt, a beginner's guide to Java, doing tasks from the book. I decided to additionally take courses, went through a lot of all sorts of online schools, the courses from Innopolis and from Synergy IT Academy seemed to me the most worthy . I am especially interested in the last option, because I heard a lot of negative things about Synergy as a university, I would not want to throw money in the trash, or maybe vice versa, the courses are not bad, unlike higher education.
Does anyone have experience of taking courses in Innopolis or in Synergy IT Academy? If so, I'd love to hear feedback.
PS I couldn’t find a single review on the Internet about IT at the Synergy Academy, this is either due to the fact that all IT courses were recently separated into a separate direction, or because reviews are being cleaned up, such suspicions are due to the dubious reputation of the university

Synergy? Lol, this is a diploma factory - pay money and they will give you a piece of paper.
Absolutely not worth the money spent, "knowledge" is not there.
