Could you rate the config (i5-6600K + GTX 1070)?

Good day to all. :)
Soon (tomorrow or the day after tomorrow) I will order a monitor and PC components. Therefore, I ask you, dear forum users, to evaluate the config, point out shortcomings and negative points. All suggestions and comments will be taken into account. I will order components, in addition to the case, in the Computeruniverse online store . I must say right away that my budget for a system unit without a monitor and a case is no more than 960 € (including shipping in the amount of 88 €).
Processor: Intel Core i5-6600K - 202 €;
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 - €104;
CPU cooling system: Scythe Mugen 4 - 36 €;
Video card:Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Dual (Bulk version) - 369 €;
RAM: Vengeance LPX 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C14 - 30 €;
Disk subsystem: WD Blue (WD10EZEX) - 42 €;
Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z - 226 €;
Power supply: EVGA 650 GQ - 70 €.
DELIVERY: 88 €.
TOTAL: 1166 € (with monitor), 940 € (without monitor).
I buy a computer mainly for games. In addition, I will often edit images (Photoshop), documents (Word), create presentations (PowerPoint) and much more.
In August of this year, I plan to purchase a second RAM plate and an SSD drive. In the future, in about two years, I will buy a new video card to replace the GTX 1070. In addition to this, I will overclock the processor well. In this regard, I have a few questions. Will it be possible to overclock the i5-6600K with an ASRock motherboard? And will the Scythe Mugen 4 cooler cope well with cooling the overclocked i5-6600K?
About the video card. Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Dual is not factory overclocked. Is it worth it to overpay for other solutions overclocked at the factory?
And what about the power supply?
In general, I look forward to your answers.
Many thanks in advance to everyone!

1. Monitor with TN matrix will kill your eyes quickly and guaranteed.
2. WD Blue is the slowest and most unreliable series. It is better to take Black or Red.
3. 8gb of RAM is not enough even for an office computer, 16 is the absolute minimum, and if you raise the database, etc. - then 32.
4. Buying a fashionable RAM - there is no real profit. The same kingston works just as well.
5. 1070 strange choices from every angle. It is better to take 980ti or 1080.
6. On the subject of PSU - I have never heard of SuperNOVA. Then it's up to you))
