Could there be a problem with the motherboard?
Good afternoon. I ask the help of competent people.
It all started when my hard drive failed. Dell sent me a new + Windows license under warranty. I could not install it (the conflict between the old key sewn into the motherboard and the new Windows), installed my license, downloaded from the microsoft website, but not the license (it picked itself up during the installation process).
The problem is that my video card driver does not work correctly (in Dota 2 the textures are of very poor quality and do not change, I'm sure this is a problem with the driver) + the driver for the touchpad is not installed. As the technical support told me, the problem is most likely in the motherboard. Is it true? Or do I need to look for other drivers?
Technical specs:

Laptop model? Computer specifications?
Judging by the fact that the hard drive was replaced under warranty, I assume that you have a laptop.
Most likely not true, there may be a problem with the fact that the video card works through ... there are all sorts of methods when a built-in video card is used for normal operation and a discrete one is turned on for games, if you have a separate discrete video card, then perhaps somewhere in this switching mechanism there are problems . if your laptop only uses a video card built into the processor, then there may be a problem with the drivers, or even some efi \ bios settings.
Problems with texture quality in DotA with a faulty motherboard are unlikely.
