Is there enough power for the 8pin motherboard?

There is an Asus prime z370-a board. It has an 8pin connector for connecting cpu power. According to the specification, the maximum for it is 235W.
There is a 9900k processor. In stock, 235W should be more than enough for him, in overclocking he will definitely cross the border, possible consumption without avx ~ 250W.
Is it normal to overload power? Constant full load is not planned, but bursts of 10-20 seconds can be. Sometimes there will be a full load for 10-20 minutes, for example, to render a video.
I would like to know everything in order to clearly understand what is happening.

@iproger

In the end, it was enough. I checked it myself on my board.
Overclocked 9900k keeps at 5GHz on all cores. The consumption of the cpu package is a little over 200W at full load. I'm almost sure that it will withstand 5.1, but 5.2 and 5.3 are unlikely.
You definitely need a cooler like noctua d15 or good dropsies.

well, put a 500W power supply and don’t worry, why put the question - it’s not critical, after all!
