What to do if SuperMicro X10DRL-i does not output video?

Hello. I inserted processors, RAM, connected all the wiring, but the video does not output, it starts - but does not output. I even connected the video card, it still does not display. What could be the problem ? Processor E5-2697v3 2 pieces.

1. Connect to IPMI, see what's wrong, what the platform does not see
   
2. Check BIOS version. If below 2.0 - update, not compatible with current processors. First IPMI firmware, then BIOS.
   
3. The BIOS update is paid, it requires a key, but here they write how to make it less paid. The performance of the method is unknown.

The server server is such piece which can be started even being partially non-working - for the purpose to give diagnostics. Possible cause - memory is loose/incorrectly installed, or the memory is not supported.
You connect to ipmi and see what happens immediately after the restart. For ipmi to work, you need dhcp, its poppy is usually written on the case, the default password can be viewed in tyrnet.
