Correspondence higher education for the position of Team Lead?

I would like to know whether correspondence higher education is quoted.
I noticed that for a high position of senior, team lead, in addition to relevant experience, a specialized higher education is often required. Will there be any problems if I have a part-time VO, and not a full-time one?

Just in high positions, everyone generally does not care even for the presence of higher education.

There will be no problems.
For the position of a team leader, relevant experience and skills are more important than education.

A specialized higher education can help a recruiter of various CVs pass the primary selection for employment in the faang, especially abroad or in the public sector.
If the recruiter has already passed, and got to the technical interview - no one cares about education, knowledge and experience are important.
It just needs to be remembered that there are certain companies where higher is simply a corporate policy requirement. And there are individual recruiters who select resumes, and who may have their own opinion.
With this exception, practically no one looks at education, and even more so, no one looks at all. It was a point or a mark.
I would even say that the zaochka is better - a person could already gain experience at that time.

At the level of team leads and seniors, everyone doesn’t give a shit about education
Education is essentially needed to find the first few jobs, then it’s just experience that decides

The presence of higher education in my entire work was not checked even once, but already at the time of registration they always asked for a diploma. That is, the fact of having a diploma is important.
But if you are thinking about working abroad, then it is worth checking whether your diploma and specialty are considered higher education in that country, as this is usually a requirement for obtaining a work visa.
