How to prepare as well as possible for future work (testing for 3 months) react developed in 14 days, if the theory is normal, but the person has very little practice? I do not consider this.

If a normal company, then when boarding you will be given a document with courses and castes
You will stupidly absorb
Your curator will be in touch with you so don’t be stupid ask
In two or three weeks you will be put on a combat project, get used to it and in a month you will work normally

Well, ask them to send you examples of test work and find out the stack with which you will work. It always works.
