Correct email distribution

The task was to properly organize the mass mailing of mail from the site. For site users who have not opted out of the newsletter. In principle, the engine also has a newsletter function, but I feel that before using it, you need to configure the server. Now letters from the server go, some kind of daemon is configured, and with mass mailings I'm afraid that they will add the database to the spam.
Those who know this matter, tell me what to look for?

To get started, read the recommendations for webmasters GoogleMail, Yahoo and mail.ru in the help section. Make test accounts to check receipt in all popular mail services. Configure correct reverse DNS for mail forwarding servers. Check IP servers in spamhouse. Specify a proper return address. Make sure there are no open relays. If possible, add DKIM and similar technologies. mail.ru has some function specifically for checking for problems with mailing lists.
Also, it is necessary to send mail only to users who explicitly asked for it. Provide the ability to unsubscribe in 1 click from the newsletter, possibly through List-unsubscribe.
