Correct creation of ns records on the new zone?

Hello, a new dns zone has been created and delegated,
Question 1 is that on my dns server (control zone) for each NS record, I must create an A-record ?,
Question 2 What problems can there be if you don’t create or delete NS records on your delegated at all server, What problems can occur?
PS: Thanks in advance, I know how the domain name system works, but I'm a little confused, help me figure it out

1. For each NS server, you need to create an A record. Then, for each NS server, add NS records
2 as well. No problem, as the zone did not work before delegation, it will not work after delegation if the NS servers are not correctly registered and configured or do not contain the desired zone.

I have an assumption that smart stupidly cannot extend the address lease time if

WLAN says getting IP address...

On the router itself, find the settings that are responsible for the lease time of the address, it most likely costs 3600 (1 hour), make this time longer, for example, 10 times and check.
In general, you need to look at the logs of the router.
