corporate text/video/audio chat

It is necessary to find (preferably free or with a crack) a solution for organizing chat communication between several offices . The

main criteria are

1. Easy connection (installed, entered a name, entered a server and connected)
2. It is desirable to have "rooms"
3. audio / video conferences
4. It is desirable that You could also throw files at each other.

I've been scratching my head for a long time ... I can't find / think of anything :(

If reluctance to fence extra servers at home - then, perhaps, Google Talk (although I don’t know how it is now in my native client with conference support), you can tie it to your domain.

What's wrong with Skype? All your requirements seem to be fulfilled.

@LeeMiller

Trillian Astra 4 or 5 versions.
A client abroad is more designed for the corporate segment, supports all protocols, + has the ability to make conferences in any protocol, up to ICQ. There are also audio and video conferences.
