Copyright Themeforest. Does it matter?

Hello. Interested in creating and selling templates on the themeforest market.
I myself am a designer, I am not familiar with layout, so I want to hire a developer.
Will there be copyright issues? I heard that when sending a work, you need to indicate the authorship, they say, usually some put two people each: a designer and a layout designer. Is this an important point when adding?
And another question: When choosing a unique author (or whatever it is), you need to sell the exposed templates on ThemeForest only there. How will they check it?

I would sell both PSD and layout. Serious people who suddenly need your layout will buy a PSD and make it according to their own rules (maybe they have BEM, maybe SASS / LESS). And for those who do not care about layout so much, I would sell the already layout. It doesn't matter who made it. It is important who is the owner of the layout. If you bought a layout from a layout designer, then it is yours.

Why hire someone, sell PSD layouts yourself. Layout is much more difficult to maintain than psd, you will have to take a layout designer into a share, so that he himself sits there and sorts everything out.
Before placing layouts, the moderator will google your name / nickname on other exchanges, that's the whole check. Well, maybe over time someone will complain that they saw your layout on another exchange. In both cases, an eternal ban, without paying the money earned.
