Copyright

Hello. There is a page with information (photo). There is no copying and copyright text on the page, only its belonging to a specific person (administrator).

Question 1: Can I use these photos (information) on my website without linking to the author's website?
Question 2: Can I put a label (semi-transparent watermark) on top of the photo (information) without removing, if any, the copyright of the author. The label is placed to indicate that the information is published by me. This happens automatically for all published content.

Thank you.

The state protects the rights of the author, regardless of the captions to the photo, copyright badges and other stray. That is, if the author goes to court and proves his authorship and your illegal use of the content, he will win.
