Copying the $mft file?

I restored win7 from the image, although it indicated only drive C, but it also erased the second logical drive.
There are a lot of files, small, restorers say most are intact.
It is proposed by the restorer to copy everything to an external drive, and then back, but the speed of copying to an external drive is a maximum of 30 MB / s, and 370 GB of data is a long time.
The restorer restored the $MFT file from the "wiped" disk, size > 1 GB.

Is it possible to just copy a large $MFT file to a "worn" disk, will this restore the files, given that they are all intact? How can this be done? The explorer does not give or show them. Looked in WizTree.

If you manage to copy $MFT exactly to the same clusters where it was, there is a chance, but it probably won't work at all. In addition, your $MFT already has new data, where everything is overwritten
