Copying posts from your resources

As far as I know, in the case of other people's posts, you need to use a post-link.
Tell me, please, is it possible to publish IT posts on Habré, taken from your own resources.
Thank you.

Habr offers only two options and no third: either here or there (period :)

Why do you need your resource? Do you expect to earn three kopecks on it? Does it really matter to you? If you just want to keep your articles for yourself, then nothing prevents you from uploading them to your blog a couple of days after the habr.
All the power of habr is in sensible comments. You will be subtracted, supplemented and corrected for all your mistakes. You will not receive such a level of feedback in any LiveJournal.

The rules say this:
Habr is not LiveJournal and not the center of world cross-posting. You do not need to copy your posts from other blogs and sites, indicating that they were previously published elsewhere. Use topic links.

Yes, I already read it, thanks.
Here the problem is this - often individual blogs are not popular, but they can have good articles. A topic-link will be read by many, but only a few will go to the original article.
Habr is already incredibly developed in terms of SEO, so duplicate content does not threaten him. On the other hand, one of the goals of Habr is to popularize good and high-quality posts. Maybe there are some options, for example, to use paragraphs from your own articles and leave your own unique comments to them. I would be grateful for any ideas and descriptions of my experience in this direction.

According to the rules - first on Habré, after three hours - at home. But in practice, this is not always observed.

When it reaches a certain percentage of duplicate on the page, it gets a minus to the position when entering the exact query, usually something like -50. If there is a certain percentage of such pages on the resource of the total, you can get a minus for the domain. This does not threaten Habr, since a huge number of unique articles on the resource and comments to them (even to completely copied articles) usually reduces the duplicate indicator to zero. On the other hand, on a blog with hundreds of articles and a few comments on each, any copying of someone else's information can end badly for the resource.
I started my blog more than 5 years ago, when there was still little experience in Java programming. And I would not like to just ruin what was and remains an additional incentive to learn Java and related technologies.
I am very surprised that instead of answering a question, people begin to say obvious things. I never considered myself to be completely stupid and, of course, options for posting on Habré, and then at home, I considered. But I probably have objective reasons not to do so (which I wrote about above).
I repeat: “Maybe there are still some options, for example, to use paragraphs from your own articles and leave your own unique comments to them. I would be grateful for any ideas and descriptions of my experience in this direction.

I would like to have my own resource where I write articles on various topics, including non-IT ones. Is it bad? I'm not going to make money on it. But mostly IT people read me, so it would be stupid if all topics related to IT are on another resource. What's the point of me blogging then? Moreover, there are very specialized topics that here all sorts of smart people with a cry of “not the format” will simply zamusus.
